Global Dial is a registered telecommunications carrier specialising in providing business grade high speed data services and voice solutions.

Global Dial began operations in 1994 as an Internet Service Provider (ISP), Global Web. In 1999, Global Dial launched its telephony services by using a technology commonly known as "Voice over Internet Protocol" (VoIP). Global Dial was one of Australia's first carriers to utilise this technology on a retail level. VoIP allows calls to international and national destinations to be made at extremely competitive rates compared with traditional phone carriers.

In 2003, Global Dial was positioned amongst the Top 10 companies in Australia for Business Review Weekly's (BRW) Fast 100 list. This placement confirms Global Dial's reputation of being one of Australia's leading and premium telecommunication carriers.
