Business DSL
The Global Dial BDSL service is a carrier grade service that provides you with a reliable, flexible, symmetrical broadband solution. This is recommended if your business requires symmetric upload and download speeds for such purposes as VPN services, remote network access or VoIP.
Our BDSL services come with Service Level Guarantees. This means that in the event of a service downtime, you will be guaranteed of a response and restoration time or a service fee rebate.
As a general rule, we do not recommend that businesses opt for any other service than that of a Business grade DSL as minimum. Technology is never perfect, and in those rare but inevitable service outage incidents, a residential grade service does not provide you with the security of a Service Level Agreement.
